The FURNACE CONTROLER is a control system designed to make the furnace fuel efficient. It controls the Fuel to Air so that complete combustion is achieved and ensuring that no heat is lost due to excess Oxygen in the furnace.

By monitoring the Oxygen in the Flue Gas, the temperature in the furnace, the Fuel and Air input the set temperature is attained. An optional feature is the use of SCADA.

c. Remote Display units
d. SCADA system (optional)
