Molten Metal Measurement System is for use with disposable thermocouples. The measurement in progress such as temperature, duration of measurement, delta temperature for plateau detection, number of samples for plateau detection and node number of the furnace is field programmable through 4 push button switches.

The system is provided with 5 LED clusters which indicates, T/c healthy (GREEN), measurement in progress (YELLOW), plateau detected (BLUE), error (RED) and measurement over (RED).

Relay contact provided for audio alarm for lance withdrawal. RS485 port provided for connecting to a remote PC
or display.
